Henrietta trained at the Royal Ballet Upper School, Rambert School and Transitions Dance Company at Laban. She gained an MA choreography in 2002 that focused on Screen Dance at Middlesex University and has since been producing and researching dance for theatre, installation and screen throughout her dancing career.
As a dancer/performer she worked for 14 years predominantly with Rosemary Lee Projects, Ricochet Dance Productions (including productions by Fin Walker and Lucy Guerrin) Angela Woodhouse, Yolande Snaith Theatredance and in her early career for Russell Maliphant and Diversions Dance Company.

2004 - A Cross and then Across - Place Prize commission with Rachel Lopez de la Nieta
In 2002 she showed her first full length evening of work at The Place Theatre including a duet with Rachel Lopez de las Nieta, On the Road to… and a collaboration with musician Sianed Jones, In the Light of Lunar Sea.
